Something isn't working. How do I contact Inapub?

Can I access my account from any device?
Yes, our service is fully mobile-friendly and you can manage your account on your mobile device, tablet or via a desktop.
How many people can manage my pubs account?
You can add as many delegated managers to your account as you like.
How many times can I update my account?
You can update your account as often as you like and at any time of day or day of week.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, all our costs are transparent and up-front, we don’t have any hidden charges.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you can cancel your account at the end of your billing cycle.
I already have Facebook, why do I need a website?
Social Media sites are great for engaging with existing customers, but not everybody is on Facebook and 80% of new customers look for a website before deciding on a venue to visit.
Isn't running a website too complicated?
Inapub’s system is specifically designed by licensees for licensees and has been built with ease-of-use in mind. We’ll guide you right through set-up and updating your site from then on is a doddle. And if that’s still too complicated, our VIP service means our staff will update the site for you!
Can Inapub update my website and account details for me?
Yes, our VIP service offers a monthly call to you to get updates and changes and you can call us up to three further times a month.
Is it the same price every year?
This depends on what level of service you have with us. Our standard website service includes set-up and hosting for the first year. From year two you will only be charged for hosting.
Can I change the look of my website?
Yes, you can choose from a number of template designs and themes and change them quickly and easily via our system.
How do I get professional images of my pub to use on my site?
Inapub’s professional photographers are available to provide high-quality images of your venue for use on your website, social media and even in traditional print activities. See our Photography page for more information.
I have an Inapub website. Do I need SocialConnect too?
No – SocialConnect is included in your Website package so you get all the great benefits too!
I don’t have any social media presence. Can someone set this up for me?
Inapub can help with setting up your social media accounts and managing them through our great SocialConnect product. Please contact us for more information.
Can I choose how and where the plugins appear on my existing website?
Yes! Our plug-ins can be placed anywhere on your website and can be adjusted to fit neatly on your page as required.
Can I buy SocialConnect anywhere else?
No, SocialConnect is a unique product created by Inapub’s dedicated team of ex-licensees and experienced digital marketers specifically for the pub trade.
Can I add update social sites other than Twitter & Facebook?
Not at the moment but we are always reviewing our social strategy and other services will be added in the future.
Can someone manage my social media updates for me?
Yes! Our VIP service is specifically designed to assist you. Inapub will contact you at the beginning of each month to find out which changes need making to your account and update your social media for you.
