Full-bodied, full-strength, Light Amber Ale made using pale and amber West Country malts. The gradual hop additions give a complex hoppy character with good bitterness and aroma. Tasting Notes: Hoppy, bitter
	O.E. IPA	4.5
A well hopped Devon Indian Pale Ale. High in bitterness, but balanced by traditional malt sweetness. Tasting Notes: Bitter, malty, sweet
	Unit 1 Red	4
Based on an Irish Red Ale recipe, except that we upped the hops. Small amounts of heavily roasted barley give the beer a red colour, a bitter note and body. The generous hopping gives further bitterness and aroma. Hop lovers shouldnt be tied to IPA’s Tasting Notes: Bitter
	Wild West Country	4
A light, refreshing session ale. Made with West Country Marris Otter malt and amber malt, this light ale is easy drinking with a satisfying malty/biscuity flavour. Celeia hops give perfect nose and bitter balance. Tasting Notes: Refreshing, malty, biscuity, bitter
