Brewing beer in Stirchley, Birmingham since 2016 creating a selection of quality beers that all Brummies can drink, enjoy, and be proud to put their name to. We believe the only way to make exceptional, distinctive beer is to use the best ingredients around. What’s more, all our beers are vegan and gluten free so that anyone can enjoy them – even those from out of town!

Bitter Brummie 4.1

A classic British bitter brewed with caramel malts to bring a sweet malt flavour and a touch of liquorice, dry hopped with Centennial to add bitterness and notes of soft pine delivering an easy sipping bitter

Blonde Brummie 4.4

Caramelised British floor malts and resinous British hops leave a complex bitter sweet finish in this session pale ale.

Tasting Notes: 

Confused Brummie 6.0

British pale floor malt, lightly hopped and aged on coffee to add the full flavours and richness of a stout with none of the colour.

Gold Brummie 5.5

This firm favourite is a collision of British bittering hops and American aroma hops that deliver lashings of resinous pine, grapefruit and a lingering bitterness all wrapped up in a spicy, voluptuous mouthfeel.

British Floor Malted Rye Cinnamon and Orange Peel for Festive Spice As Merry as Santa himself! As spiced rye ale to celebrate the festive season.

Pale Brummie 4.0

This gluten-free, vegan pale ale is brewed with the finest British floor malt and hopped with Chinook and Simcoe hops to combine for a citrusy pale taste.

A non-alcoholic beer that has a refreshing citrus taste with a familiar beery feel. If you’re looking for a sober option and don’t want to miss out on the beers, this is the option for you!

Stirchley Lager 4.4

One to convert the lager purists that craft is the way to go. We take British Lager Floor Malt, dry hopped it with pine and citrus resulting in a light, crisp, refreshing lager that’ll keep you coming back for more.

Our stout is brewed using the finest, wholesome oatmeal to add that extra silky dimension. It is complimented by the earthy and floral aromas from the classic Admiral hops.

The Brummie 40

Our gin is distilled from the mash of our Pale Brummie brews. It really is Gin Born from Beer.

Tasting Notes: Our Brummie beer mash alongside six botanicals; juniper, orange peel, coriander, orris root, lemon peel and casia, brings a smooth, fruity and fresh gin.
