A big chunk of Rye is used to give the beer a spicy, earthiness, mashed up with Cara malts to create a rich, bold mouthfeel. Tasting Notes: Zesty Southern hemisphere and american hops are used in abundance to balance the residual sweet malt character. Masses of dry hops are plied after fermentation to spike a wild blend of tropical, spicy aromas.

Traditional ale inspired by the British classic. By 1830 the expression ‘best bitter’ was synonymous with England and has since become a part of brewing history. We have created a true to style best bitter with a deep, full-bodied taste. Tasting Notes:

Hells is the lovechild of their two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry. Tasting Notes: A classic lager that’s exactly what it should be: easy-drinking, crisp and dry with beautiful bubbles. Clean and refreshing with a dry hop finish, you can taste the great depth of flavour which comes from the long, slow maturation in tank. This is how a great lager should taste.

It's okay to be big headed. Especially when it comes to Stout. We use nitrogen bubbles to give our smooth stout it's thick, creamy head and fresh finish. Packed full of character, this is our fresh take on a classic style. So, in the spirit of being big headed, we think it's the finest stout in the land. Tasting Notes:
