Tasting Notes: Very pale, crisp & intensely citrussy. A Fernandes Favourite.
Tasting Notes: Named after the legend of the Ghost of Heath Hall. A golden/amber session ale. Moderately bitter with a delicate citrus/floral hop finish.
Tasting Notes:
Tasting Notes: A dark, full-bodied mild. Pale, crystal and roasted malts provide rich flavours of coffee and chocolate, while delicate bitterness and aroma come from Fuggles hops.
Tasting Notes: A tangy blonde bitter, brewed with eight different hop varieties being added at various stages in the process. Dry-hopping during conditioning results in a dry, resinous finish.
Tasting Notes: A golden bitter hopped with the German Polaris variety. Intensely hoppy and resinous with grapefruit aromas.
Tasting Notes: A pale straw coloured beer hopped with Admiral, Cascade and Centennial for a full flavour and lightly spiced with vanilla and rhubarb for a lushious tasty finish.
Tasting Notes: Light, refreshing, hoppy, lingering fruity finish.
Chocolate Orange Stout
Tasting Notes: A deliciously rich and full-bodied stout, brewed from pale, roasted and chocolate malts. Smooth and with moderate bitterness, chocolate flavours dominate the palate paired with aromas of orange and vanilla.
