The George Hotel is a 15th century country hotel based in the town of Castle Cary. The hotel itself is situated in the Market Place, which is the centre of the high street. It is nestled in the beautiful undulating hills of south Somerset. The historic market town of Castle Cary still remains a local and national attraction. It has managed to preserve many historic features of the town, such as the Round House, Horsepond and many other local buildings, dating back to the 16th century.
