Here at the Kings Head Simon and Charlotte welcome customers to a traditional village pub, serving home cooked food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. With open log fires and a candlelit restaurant, you can come and enjoy a delicious meal at an affordable price.
The bar serves well kept, locally brewed ales. In the winter we serve mulled cider and in the summer Pimms and sangria can be enjoyed in the courtyard. Our wine list is designed to suit all palates and customers can enjoy a glass of wine matched perfectly with their food with help from our friendly staff.
In the kitchen we create traditional pub classics alongside some more exciting dishes, all using locally sourced ingredients where possible. As well as our lunch and evening a la carte menu, we offer a weekly changing set menu at an attractive price. On Sunday we serve a traditional Sunday Roast all priced at £8.95 – the best and the lowest price in the area. A bar snack menu is also available for those looking for lighter bites and platters to share with friends.
