Tasting Notes: A traditional Dark Mild made with the finest uk malts and hops. We've brewed with cane molasses for that touch of sweetness, smooth texture and deep flavour. A winter warmer to welcome in the New Year.
This blonde ale is a smooth, balanced session beer.
Tasting Notes: The bready, lightly caramel malt complements the premium variety of whole hops used, and with a light body, makes this a satisfying, authentic and moreish blonde, with hints of tropical fruit balanced with earthiness.
A citrus IPA is made with the best quality American C hops, with lime leaves and fresh citrus peel added during fermentation, making this beast of an IPA as refreshing as an ocean dip on a hot day.

A golden session ale is made from the highest quality Maris Otter grain, with high quality whole Motueka and Cascade hops, giving it a refreshing taste.

Tasting Notes: Fresh from winning a Silver Medal at the recent SIBA Awards in Sheffield, we’ve crafted a delicious session IPA that quickly sells out every cask. Packed with vibrant tropical flavours from the finest American hops—Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, and Cascade—this beer is refreshingly crisp and bursting with juicy hop character, perfect for any occasion.
Session IPA
Tasting Notes: Pale golden in colour with a delicate herbal and floral aromatics. Fruity and light bready malt flavours complement the medium-dry, refreshing finish. With low bitterness and great drinkability this is Critters take on session ale.
A modern take on an English classic using the finest English malt and whole hops.
Tasting Notes: This beer has the finest quality English malt, a dose of Vienna for dryness and wheat for body, then balanced this sweetness with some bite from the best quality whole hops, giving it a spicy taste and a smooth but lightly bitter finish.
Hazelnut aromatics are prominent with coffee and chocolate notes backing. Incredibly smooth body from the addition of oats and lactose.

Based on our best blonde recipe this is Critters take on a fruit blonde.
Tasting Notes: Light-bodied with a crisp malt backbone, the sweetness of raspberries is well-balanced by a gentle tartness. The fruit character is prominent but not overpowering, allowing the underlying blonde ale profile to shine through. A mild hop bitterness adds a clean finish.
An American Rye ale made with the finest quality imported Crystal Rye grain and American Chinook hops.
Tasting Notes: The Crystal grain adds a distinct dry/toffee/spice element to the malt profile of this ale, which is balanced with the best American Chinook hops to give a delicious twist to this copper session ale.
A traditional high quality best bitter. Made from the highest quality English grains, with a dash of German malt, bittered with whole hop English Target hops and the best quality Slovenian Bobek.
A classic British-style stout brewed with flaked oatmeal, chocolate malt, crystal malt and roasted barley. With a light/medium body and dry finish this is a premium dark session ale.
Tasting Notes: The richness of the grain blend is balanced by the nutty character of the roasted malt, the creaminess from the oatmeal flakes and a dose of whole hops, finished off with award winning honey from The Sheffield Honey Company.

Vanilla Ice Cream Porter
Tasting Notes: Critters Vanilla Porter balances the bitterness of chocolate malt with sweet notes of lactose and vanilla, creating a milk chocolate impression. Subtle hints of coffee and custard add depth to this indulgent brew.
An extra pale ale made with American whole hops. This is a refreshing light beer, smooth from the high quality malt, with a crisp citrus finish and just enough bitterness.
