Tasting Notes: Mahogany in colour and brewed for longer to create a rich malty, and mature flavour.

This SIBA award-winning refreshing brew is named after Welsh heroine Jemima Nicholas. At the 1797 Battle of Fishguard she rounded up and captured 12 drunk French soldiers, armed only with a pitch fork. A true Welsh original.

Tasting Notes: A crisp pale brew with chinook and eldorado hops producing brilliant undertones of citrus, pear and melon.

Chocolate and damsons with a hint of vanilla.

Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. A beer that has grown in popularity over the past 12 months. It was originally brewed under license, but Burton Bridge obtained the trademark in 2004 to brew 'Stairway' in its own right

Tasting Notes: Although 5% it drinks as easily as a 4.2% so beware.
