Full flavoured, smooth and mature taste with fruit cake characters , a malty richness and superb hop balance. Tasting Notes: Mahogany in colour and brewed for longer to create a rich malty, and mature flavour.
	Bowman Wallops Wood	4.0	Bowman Ales
A light chestnut in colour which puts it into the 'brown beer' category. Tasting Notes: As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant.
	Rock Mild	3.8	Nottingham Brewery
Traditional mild. Tasting Notes: The complement to the bitter ale. This smooth dark biscuity beer would have been in on sale in virtually every jug and bottle counter in the county and beyond.
