Dark ruby ale with red berry, pine and caramel notes.
Tasting Notes:
Frost Fair is as complex in taste as it is comforting in winter. The rich, malty texture and the subtle hint of oats serves as an impressive stage for the hop flavours and aromas. You’ll get berry, pine, floral and spicy notes.
This light copper coloured beer is generously hopped and dry hopped, resulting in an herbaceous, fruity nose and grapefruit notes in the intense, lasting flavour.
Opening Gambit is a fully rounded and well balanced session ale. Its hoppy nose is followed by a smooth, malty mouthfeel. All this before the hop-derived bitterness brings the journey to a gratifyingly dry conclusion.
This golden beer uses both US and English versions of the Cascade hop, resulting in citrus aromas and flavours, balanced by a tangible malt profile and moderately dry finish.
Talwar is engineered to sit very well with spicy food. Employing just a smidge of Vienna malt, Talwar is very pale with the appearance of sun-parched straw. Pairing freshly ground coriander seeds with the Pioneer hop for a zingy, citrus finish.
