Brains Bitter 3.7 S.A Brain & Co Ltd

Brewed continuously since the company was founded in 1882, Brains Bitter is a crisp, honest beer with golden amber hues and a fruity, hoppy flavour. A truly popular pint, it's genuinely stood the test of time.

Tasting Notes: The famous ‘pint of Brains’ is rich amber coloured, well balanced and refreshing. Goldings and Fuggles hops from The Welsh Marches create an appetising crisp aroma to complement the subtle flavour of fine pale malt. Crystal clear water combines with the unique Brains yeast to create the complete Welsh beer experience.

Brains Dark 3.5 S.A Brain & Co Ltd

Brewed since the 1920s and still winning awards today, Brains Dark was the most popular pint of generations of Cardiff workers. A smooth, malty beer with a treacle colour and creamy head, it has hints of liquorice and freshly ground coffee.

Tasting Notes: ''''Dark'''' is treacle-coloured with a creamy contrasting head. A velvety smooth pint, Dark has a combination of chocolate, crystal and brown malts providing a clean palate with hints of liquorice and freshly ground coffee.

With the origins of its name shrouded in mystery, Brains SA has become an essential part of every Welsh celebration since it was first brewed in 1958. It has a fruity nose, a rich malty flavour and a satisfying spirit-like finish.
