The light refreshing beer of choice. Pale Ale malt is used to provide the biscuity backbone of this blonde beer but it''s the hops that give it its personality. We use two American hops, grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington. These hops, called Columbus and Chinook, add wonderful grapefruit flavours to the beer. The beer is light and refreshing, suffused with the aromas of grapefruit. The citrus attack will burst on your palate as the hops deliver their fruity bitterness.

The malt blend provides notes of toffee, caramel and biscuit which balances perfectly against those flavoursome British hops.
