The Passage House Inn is nestled on the very edge of the estuary in Topsham - a gorgeous, sleepy, quaint town about four miles from Exeter city in Devon, England. Situated on the River Exe, the town looks out over the river to the beautiful Kenn Valley.

	Otter Amber	4.0	Otter Brewery
Otter Amber was first brewed for the trade in March 2009 as a mid gravity beer to complete the Otter range Tasting Notes: The special Cara malt and carefully selected hops in Amber deliver a finely balanced bitter flavour, with hints of tropical fruit and spice sometimes even an impression of ginger.
	Otter Bitter	3.6	Otter Brewery
It is a beautifully light and fruity beer with good hoppy bitterness. It leaves a refreshing bitterness which prompts the next gulp. Tasting Notes: The depth of colour in Otter Bitter’s golden brown liquid is reflective of its great condition. Fruit notes and well balanced malty flavours are tinged with a hint of bitterness to make Otter Bitter a Devon beer of distinction.
	Sennen		Skinner's Brewery
Named after the Cornish surf break and popular holiday spot, Sennen IPA brings an early taste of summer - with hazy warm weather, beach walks and paddles in the sea. Tasting Notes: Sennen is a session strength IPA with zesty notes of lemon and pineapple enhanced with the bittersweet kick of pink grapefruit. By dry hopping the pale ale during fermentation stage, we have created a brew with great hop intensity and flavour. An ideal companion to fresh crab, proper pork pies and barbecue chicken.
	Tribute	4.2	St Austell Brewery
Tribute is an easy drinking pale ale. Tasting Notes: Fresh, Orange, Grapefruit The zesty orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt. The beer of South West sport, Tribute has high profile shirt sponsorships with Somerset and Gloucester CCCs as well as close relationships with both Football League clubs Plymouth and Exeter City. Tribute is also the Official Beer of South West Rugby and supports many rugby teams in the region with shirt sponsorships, plus it is the main sponsor of the Cornwall RFU whose teams are the current County Champions and holders of the Bill Beaumont Cup. We were also thrilled in 2015 for Tribute to be the main sponsor of Bristol Balloon Fiesta and in 2016 Tribute will again be a high profile partner of this wonderful event. All told, there is plenty to look forward to for Tribute in the coming year.
