Full flavoured, smooth and mature taste with fruit cake characters , a malty richness and superb hop balance.

Tasting Notes: Mahogany in colour and brewed for longer to create a rich malty, and mature flavour.

Fortitude 4.2 Wantsum Brewery

Wantsum’s Flagship bitter first brewed in 2009. This Best Bitter combines four types of malts to give depth of body, with English and American hops for a pronounced hop finish.

A deep amber Best Bitter with smooth biscuit malts and a hoppy nose. Brewed exclusively with locally grown Bullion hops.

One Hop 4.5 Wantsum Brewery

Available in different hop varieties throughout the year. A single hopped beer brewed to exemplify the unique properties of this hop variety.

Tasting Notes: This beer is ochre in colour and has a smooth rich malt base.

Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness.
