Drink % Brewery
Black Grouse 4.0 Allendale Brewery

A rich, chocolatey porter brewed with oak chips for a barrel aged flavour. A smooth and satisfying dark ale.

Tasting Notes: Beautiful burnt toffee colour. Awesomely chocolatey on the nose and palate. Coffee, liquorice and a rich smoky length. Astringency of the roasted malts is balanced really nicely by the sweetness. Packed full of flavour. Really stopped us in our tracks and made us happy.

Citra 4.2 Oakham Ales

Zesty, hoppy, citrus.

Tasting Notes: Light gold in colour, bursting with citrus and tropical hop flavours and sensationally refreshing.

Hophead 3.4 Dark Star Brewing Co.

An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied and full-flavoured yet gentle enough to make it a favourite session beer.

Tasting Notes:

Landlord 4.3 Timothy Taylor's Brewery

The drinkers' favourite, a 4.3% classic pale ale with a complex citrus and hoppy aroma

Tasting Notes: A strong classic ale with a golden amber colour. It has a scent of caramel, light fruits and roasted malt hints.

Proper Job 4.5 St Austell Brewery

A powerfully authenic IPA, Proper Job is brewed with a blend of imported American hops. It is a real treat of a beer with a growing reputation and loved by beer enthusiasts far and wide.

Tasting Notes: Perhaps the forerunner of all modern IPAs in the UK, Proper Job regularly wins awards, both from within the brewing industry and also at CAMRA Beer Festivals. The awards include the prestigious Champion Bottle Beer at CBoB and Champion Premium Best Bitter at the SIBA National Beer Festival. Proper Job is also supported with a unique online supporter's scheme called Proper Job Ambassadors. Red Barn Own 4.4 Tirril Brewery Limited

This is a stronger beer with Munich
and crystal malts giving it a ruby red glow. Again, it is brewed to not be too heavy and has plenty of Goldings aroma.

Tasting Notes: Hoppy
