Wild Espresso 5.0

This coffee IPA with extra 'oomph' is made using coffee imported and roasted in Suffolk by Freshpac Teas and Coffees. Dealing directly with family owned farms in Cameroon, their value chain approach, means that the farmers take time to care and grow the best quality coffee. They are rewarded for their hard work by being paid higher than the market rate, directly to their cooperative bank.

Tasting Notes: Coffee

Coffee, chocolate and barley hints, make this a stout for every occasion. A stout that Rocky would drink in a full-on 80s montage! Full of body and character but as smooth as the Italian Stallion! The Fuggles hops add to its earthy goodness and provide a light bittering that compliments the coffee, chocolate and barley hints, making it a stout for every occasion.

Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Barley, Hops, Coffee

Wild Sting- Nettle Ale 5.0

Back when Sting was in the Police and Roxanne was released, hops still hadn't been invented. It was in those medieval times that the other band members , who were also monks, had to find alternatives to bitter their ales. One of the many herbs and spices experimented with were nettles and they found them to be very good! We have taken these ancient techniques and combined them with some great aroma hops to make a unique but delicious brew.* *Please note that not all the above may be true Wild Sting is a ruby beer with rich malt tones. Bittered with stinging nettles and leaving the hops to add aroma, this is a unique but very tasty ale

Tasting Notes: Grassy, Wood, Citrus

Wild Summer 4.5

A pale ale which is heavy on the locally-grown Maris Otter barley. This provides a light but beautifully malty flavour which, when combined with the Challenger and Golding hops, bursts with citrus and fruity aromas. Wild Vienna Lager 4.5

This Vienna lager, based on the amazing recipes of old, combine heaps of Vienna malt with a touch of Munich and is finished with noble hops. Fermented for 8 weeks at 4c, this is a much slower beer to produce than an ale, this shows in the complex character and crisp nature of the beer. The finished beer is clean and fresh with a fantastic, smooth, bicuity edge

Tasting Notes: Biscuity Edge, Malt

This porter is brewed as our Christmas beer.
