Bullion 4.7

Golden Ale

Tasting Notes: Gold in its purest form! 24 carat single malt with a multi-faceted triple-hop finish.

Citra 4.2

Citra hopped pale ale

Tasting Notes: Dry hopped with Citra for more aroma and refreshing pithy grapefruit flavours. A zesty, moreish drop with a tangy finish. An old favourite… with a new twist.

EPA 4.2

Extra pale ale.

Tasting Notes: A light coloured, exceptionally well balanced smooth ale with a light fragrant hop finish.

Legend 4.0

Best bitter.

Tasting Notes: A traditional amber-coloured session ale with a flavoursome malt character and lively hoppy finish...a beer that will be talked about for generations.

Mosaic 6.0

West coast IPA

Tasting Notes: Mosaic, Citra's big brother, is a formidable tribute to American West Coast IPA and its Extra Special Bitter history, packed with a stunning array of hop flavours.

Nottingham Supreme 5.2

A champion amongst premium beers. Light in colour and a good hop balance giving an easy drinking, strong ale that commands respect.

Tasting Notes:

Robin Hood 3.9

Copper ale.

Tasting Notes: An easy-drinking and well-balanced bitter, although slightly hoppier than the other beer in the core range.

Rock Bitter 3.8

This was first brewed by Nottingham Brewery in the 1800's as a refreshing quaffing ale for the thirsty factory workers in the city.

Tasting Notes: Slightly paler than traditional bitter beers of the time it was the forerunner of the India Pale Ale for which the brewery was to become famous and transported thousands and thousands of gallons to the troops of the British Empire all around the globe.

Rock Mild 3.8

Traditional mild.

Tasting Notes: The complement to the bitter ale. This smooth dark biscuity beer would have been in on sale in virtually every jug and bottle counter in the county and beyond.

Roses Oatmeal Stout 4.8

An oatmeal stout brewed to a traditional recipe.

Tasting Notes:

Trent Mild 4.5

Premium mild

Tasting Notes: The dark complement our new Trentsman brewed brand new for mild in May. A rich and rewarding drop with real depth of flavour.

Trentsman 4.5

Premium bitter

Tasting Notes: One of two Bramcote Brewery recipes that were unearthed and revisited after the recent brewery takeover. A modern take on a classic best bitter. Rich, malty, smooth and moreish.
