Atlas 5.0

Boldly Tropical West Coast IPA

Tasting Notes: This American West Coast IPA showcases the best New World hops, bringing both piney resinous and bold tropical flavours, which are balanced with English malted barley.

Cathedral Beeches 3.7

Pale English Bitter

Tasting Notes: This bitter is full of heady herbal aromas from British Phoenix hops, making it delicious.

Cavendish 5

Cavendish, the signature blonde ale, plays tribute to the House of Cavendish, a family lineage which spans from the 1300’s through to the current family at Welbeck.

Tasting Notes: Cavendish is a beautifully balanced blonde with crisp, zingy grapefruit flavours powering through.

Duck Decoy 4.6

USA Pale

Tasting Notes: This beer is filled with the mouth-wateringly fresh aromas of pear, orange and passion fruit, however at a low strength it’s a pleasantly light indulgence.

Harley 4.3

Harley uses a blend of American and German hops to give an opulently floral honey-colour ale. Orange blossom and fresh zest are at the forefront with subtle sweetness behind.

Tasting Notes:

Henrietta 3.6

Henrietta is a clean-tasting, delicate golden ale, brewed with German Hallertau Brewers Gold which contribute notes of honeysuckle and fresh hay.

Tasting Notes:

Kaiser 4.1

Lager-style Pale Ale With Premium German Hops

Tasting Notes: Kaiser uses premium German lager hops which give this extra pale beer it’s biscuity-sweet but refreshingly herbaceous flavour.

Life In Miniature 3.7

Bright and Citrussy Session Ale

Tasting Notes: The session ale is bright and citrussy, brewed with bold Mosaic and Calypso hops, complimented by the palest of English malts. Our brewers have created a vibrant pale, but framed it in miniature strength.

Portland Black 4.5

Portland black is a rich, velvety dark porter. Subtle smoke, chocolate and iced coffee flavours from roasted malts are topped off with a distinctly vanilla aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Raising The Dough 3.9

Fundraising Session IPA brewed with bread

Tasting Notes: Fundraising Session IPA brewed with bread

Red Feather 3.9

Red Feather takes its inspiration from the emblem of Welbeck and its crossed red feathers, which represent pride in the estate’s heritage and entrepreneurial spirit.

Tasting Notes: Red Feather is a robust auburn ale. Plenty of crystal malt gives this beer a rich colour and combination of bold walnut and bitter-sweet caramel flavours.

Repunzal 4.5

Pale Blonde with hints of summer fruits

Tasting Notes: Rapunzel is a very pale blonde, brewed with a blend of New World Nelson Sauvin and continental lager hops. Subtle hints of summer gooseberries and floral overtones are present throughout.

Skylight 4.1

Crisp and lightly floral Continental pale

Tasting Notes: Skylight is the palest of beers, brewed with crisp British-grown lager malt. The continental hops used make this a bright and fresh lager-style beer with light floral and grassy tones.

Sligo 5.4

Velvety Smooth Chocolatey Stout

Tasting Notes: A velvety smooth, chocolatey brew, created using the finest roast British malts and rolled oats.
