Fully refurbished in October 2007, everything is new from the carpets upwards, but we have not lost the valuable unique ambiance of the business. Located in the town centre on the banks of the canal, The Kings Ransom is an outstanding pub. A great venue for the weekend, we operate good dress standards to ensure a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. The pub consists of two raised areas and unique extensive seating areas (including a covered pontoon) - smoking and non smoking - outside on the canal side.
