TRADITIONAL ENGLISH INNS are in sharp decline but the partners of Miller’s Collection intend to help reverse this trend by using a sensitive development approach that ensures that all the original features remain and soft, period, furnishings are added to give the feeling of a bygone era. A traditional English bitter brewed using water from the Hampshire chalk hills. Full and clean tasting, initially malty then tangerine fruit and resinous hop build to a quenching bitter finish.

Tasting Notes: Full Flavoured, Hoppy
Brakspear Gravity 3.4 Brakspear

Brewed in Oxfordshire, using the famous Henley ‘ double-drop ’ fermentation system in Victorian copper fermentation vessels from the orignal Henley brewery.

Tasting Notes: This amber ale has a crystal malt and a well hopped bitterness in taste, which transforms into a bitter-sweet and fruity finish with a good fruit, hop and malt nose.
