This beer overflows with a deep complexity and will drown you in its depths.
Tasting Notes: A fervent mix of rich coffee, bittersweet chocolate and the darkest of Black Forest berries.
Another of our core beers, this is a dark ruby coloured beer that’s had a late addition of big American hops
Tasting Notes: Aroma is very fruity, initial tastes are biscuit and caramel and has a long bitter hoppy finish.
This beer is supremely well balanced and sessionable
Tasting Notes: It begins with a strong piney, citrus aroma which moves to a bright hoppy flavour on the palate. A firm bitterness sits on its golden malty base and lingers just long enough to make you demand more!
Our flagship beer, this IPA has a warm malty backbone and a beautiful amber colour.
Tasting Notes: We dry hop it to oblivion with American hops resulting in a giant tropical explosion and a gentle bitterness on the finish.
This wonderful rich stout is made with freshly roasted Colombian coffee beans from our friends Mozzo in Southampton.
Tasting Notes: It pours an opaque black with the aroma being dark roasted malts and kick of espresso. The taste leads with full-bodied dark roasted coffee upfront and oats inject a nice smooth texture to finish.
As Vibrant as our bigger beers, Nova is a full of spicy and fruity English hops
Tasting Notes: Its rich malty base lends a backbone of caramel and biscuit and a warming bitter finish ends the Forest experience.
This brew is refreshment defined.
Tasting Notes: Outlander begins with a burst of citrus on the nose, a warm rye malt bill follows, citrus blasts around the palate and the finish is long waves of hoppy citrus bitterness.
Our most popular core beer.
Tasting Notes: This beer packs a huge amount of flavour into a very low ABV. Huge dry hopping lends great piney and citrus hoppy notes. This is a very sessionable beer!
