Grapes Hotel

A child and dog friendly pub serving food with Sky TV and WiFi and a garden in Formby.

An elegant, sophisticated look has been given to The Grapes. The new surroundings create a lively (yet warm) vibe which also gives it a relaxed atmosphere, with friendly management, bar and floor team. The Grapes has 42" and 50" plasma TVs which are all well positioned around the bar and dining area, so that customers can catch all of the latest news and sport. The outside areas have also been refurbished, the beer garden landscaped, with decking floor put down and planted seating areas also fitted with heaters. The courtyard has a decked balcony, with new seating and fairy lights, for those warm summer evenings. The Grapes serves a large range of cocktails, as well as wines, beers, real ales and spirits, at great prices. We have lots of great food and drink promotions, like fish and chips now 2 for £7.95, Curry Night (Tuesday and Wednesday) at £5.95 (with a drink), a weekly quiz night on a Monday and regular live music. We also have poker on Thursday with Grills at £8.45 with a free drink all day and poker Saturday afternoons. With Sunday roast just £5.95.

Yorkshire Blonde 3.9 Ossett Brewery

Fruity Pale Ale

Tasting Notes: This beer pays homage to our stunning Yorkshire heartland, the inspiration behind everything we brew. This pale ale is full-bodied, well-rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood hops late in the boil result in a delicate fruity aroma.
