It’s difficult to image a country pub more idyllic than The Feathers. First licensed in 1870, His Royal Highness, Edward VII, is said to have visited the pub regularly during his time as the Prince of Wales. The plume of three feathers on our sign is a nod to the Prince’s coat of arms. Today, just like yesterday, you can get away from it all at this delightful destination food house. Whatever the season, it’s an idyllic way to enjoy traditional pub food and drink – come and find out why.
