Your hosts at The Drum and Monkey are Grahame and Jacqueline Woodhouse, who been at this fabulous country pub since November 2006. With a wealth of experience they have turned this historical pub into renowned hidden gem , famous for it's traditional home-cooked food, finest Robinson's Cask Ales and friendly service from all their staff. Tucked away, off the beaten track, this peaceful haven, close to Alderley's famous "Edge" and popular with walkers, benefitting from free parking for upto 40 cars. Trooper is a Premium British Beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons brewery. Malt flavours and citric notes from a unique blend of Bobec, Goldings and Cascade hops dominate this deep golden ale with a subtle hint of lemon. Tasting Notes:

Tasting Notes: Unicorn is a magnificent pale tart, thirst quenching ale with superb mouth feel of rich malt, hops and complex aromas of Golding hops, malt and tart fruit. It has a long dry finish with citrus fruit notes.
