The Angel Inn is a 15th/16th century community Pub consisting of an open plan bar, complete with TVs and large screens to show an extensive range of sporting events on BT Sports.
In addition we also have a secure beer garden outdoors and a large car park.

Our most famous and popular brand - it makes up over 90% of our total brewing capacity. Winner of the Champion Best Bitter of Britain title at CAMRA's Great British Beers Festival in 2005 and 2006. First brewed as recently as 1955. Tasting Notes: A superbly balanced session bitter with a prominent hop character.

The original stalwart of the Black Sheep range. First brewed in 1992, Best Bitter is the iconic Yorkshire Bitter devised and created to offer beer with real flavour and bite. A different breed Tasting Notes: Brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
