With over two decades of experience under his belt, Chef de cuisine Alex, has worked in a wide variety of kitchens from small country house retreats to 5 star luxury hotels such as One Aldwych in London. He has cooked at the Goodwood Park Hotel retaining 2 AA rosettes and honed his skills with stages at both The Fat Duck Restaurant in Bray and Noma in Copenhagen.
Landlady Sally welcomes all customers with open arms and delivers a personal, yet professional service. Going above and beyond the call of duty to please her guests, it is perhaps apparent that she has years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Working together, husband and wife combine skills, and draw on their extensive experience to bring their customers mouthwatering dishes created with locally sourced produce and served with a warm smile.
