Welcome to The Swan Hotel.

The Swan Hotel is situated in the heart of Downham Market, one of Norfolk's oldest market towns.

The Swan Hotel also boasts a great history, none more so than that which is commemorated with a Green Plaque outside. The original doorway to the tunnels used by King Charles I to escape in 1646 can still be seen inside too.

With a fantastic range of drinks available including draught lagers, bitters, ciders and real ales, The Swan Hotel is the perfect place for a quiet drink or a night out with friends and has become "the" place to go for a great night out in West Norfolk.

Sky Sports™ and BT Sport™ events are shown throughout our venue on our 3 TV screens and can often be seen on our 180 x 180 large screen too.

Regular events include Pool Nights, Open Mic Nights, Live Entertainment and Karaoke. We are also very fortunate to have links with some sporting greats and able to offer some very Special Events alongside them.
