One of the only recipes that survives from Lee & Wayne’s homebrewing days.
Tasting Notes: Classic West Coast IPA with big citrus and flavour and piney resinous finish.
No bittering hop. Late hop additions only.
Tasting Notes: Refreshing and light, citrusy with a hint of Blackcurrant.
Tasting Notes:
The name comes from Juicy And Refreshing Session Ale.
Tasting Notes: Very refreshing and sessionable pale with hints of orange and sherbet.
Recipe includes flaked oats to simulate the body of a stronger beer.
Tasting Notes: Sessionable IPA with big hop flavour and creaminess for a lower ABV beer.
A roasty, toasty, malty dream, rooted in classic brewing with a modern twist. This beer is like a warm hug in liquid form. It’s our love letter to traditional English bitters, with flavours of malty bread, toasty caramel, biscuit and toffee, and a classic bitter finish. Hopped with four varieties of new world hops and set against a malt backbone of five different malts, Maris the Otter is a complex modern take on English Bitter heritage.
Tasting Notes: Classic English Bitter done well with smooth bitterness and good body
A golden American pale ale
The smoked malt known as Rauchmalt comes from Germany and is smoked over Beechwood.
Tasting Notes: Strong coffee and chocolate notes encased in smooth smokiness
