The Drum & Monkey, Dorridge

A pub serving food with WiFi and a garden in Solihull.

Records show that a pub has stood on this site since 1861. The current name probably relates to the blasting powder carriers who worked on the construction of the nearby railway, known as the ‘powder monkeys’, and the drum in which the powder was stored.
