Enville Ale 4.5 Enville Brewery

Based on a 19th century recipe, this traditional beekeepers ale is light in colour with fruity notes and a hint of sweetness to compliment the dry hoppy taste.

Tasting Notes:

Holdens Golden Glow 4.4 Holden's Brewery Co Ltd

Brewed using the finest English Maris Otter malts and choicest Fuggles, Golden Glow is a thirst quenchingly refreshing beer.

Tasting Notes: An 18ct gold, golden ale with subtle yet fragrant hop aromas, a moreish gentle sweetness and an almost citrus like pleasant bitter finish. Champion Beer of Britain Bronze Medal Winner in the Golden Ales Category 2006.

HPA 4.0 Wye Valley Brewery Ltd

HPA is an easy-going real ale that brings people together. Our brewers have let locally grown Target and Celeia hops hang out with Maris Otter pale malt to give this understated brew its pale straw colour, citrus hop aroma and a balanced bitter finish.

Tasting Notes: HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It’s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients.

Theakston Lightfoot 4.1 Theakstons Ltd

Our Lightfoot beer is named after the only other brewery in Masham, at the time, which Theakston took over in 1919. The Lightfoot and Theakston families were close and indeed linked through marriage and therefore it was a natural amalgamation of two well-established businesses. For many years it was rumoured that Theakston took over Lightfoot because they had a better cricket team something that was deemed unacceptable to the brewers in Red Lane! Lightfoot has always been a popular seasonal ale in fact so much so that in 2010 it became a permanent addition to our range and is now available all year round. It's light, fruity flavour makes it an ideal accompaniment to light curries, seafood dishes and summer salads or on a hot summer’s day perfect just on its own!

Tasting Notes: A hop-forward, zesty, floral blonde beer brewed with Munich Malt and bursting with citrus flavour from an abundant use of German Perle and Mittlefruh hops creating a delicious thirst quenching, continental-blonde style beer.
