Sarah & Chris took over the Rose & Crown in November 2009 and have extensively refurbished the property. It has a warm friendly ‘local’ feel when you walk through the door & is packed with character.

The very first of Hobsons deliveries in 1993 and still a firm favourite.

Tasting Notes: The pale brown to amber medium bodied beer has a strong hop character. It's a bitter but with unconventional warm tones of malt that lingers on the palette, the complex malty flavours gives richness, balanced by the clean hoppy finish.
