The Black Bull is the oldest pub in Brampton with the building dating back to the 16th Century. We offer good quality home cooked food and drink in a warm and friendly environment. We also have a large beer garden where well behaved dogs are always welcome.

The original stalwart of the Black Sheep range. First brewed in 1992, Best Bitter is the iconic Yorkshire Bitter devised and created to offer beer with real flavour and bite. A different breed Tasting Notes: Brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
	Birra Moretti	4.6	Heineken
The ultimate Italian lager since 1859, Birra Moretti’s special blend of high quality hops creates a smooth, full bodied beer with wholemeal bread top notes which are cut by a delicate citrus note. Tasting Notes: It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing. Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume. It is not a strong beer and is therefore perfect for drinking at lunch, at dinner or for evenings out with friends
	Foster's	3.7	Heineken
Foster's is the ultimate ice-cold refreshment. Its balance of subtle fruitiness and vanilla is ideal for the sweeter-toothed lager lover. The perfect session beer to enjoy with mates. Tasting Notes: A light-coloured lager style, it presents full malt character with a balanced clean hop bitterness. Combined with a slightly hoppy, but yeasty/malty nose, Foster's lager is a full bodied beer with excellent drinkability.

	Kronenbourg 1664	5.0	Heineken
Kronenbourg 1664's pleasure is in its light lemon and herbal flavours from the Alsace hops, and clean bittersweet finish. Tasting Notes: This exceptional beer originated in Alsace in Eastern France and is brewed with the exclusive Strisselspalt hop, known as the caviar of hops, which gives it its unique aromatic and fruity flavour.
	Sharp's Doom Bar Amber Ale	4.0	Sharp's Brewery Ltd
Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish. Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. 	Tribute	4.2	St Austell Brewery
Tribute is an easy drinking pale ale. Tasting Notes: Fresh, Orange, Grapefruit The zesty orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt. The beer of South West sport, Tribute has high profile shirt sponsorships with Somerset and Gloucester CCCs as well as close relationships with both Football League clubs Plymouth and Exeter City. Tribute is also the Official Beer of South West Rugby and supports many rugby teams in the region with shirt sponsorships, plus it is the main sponsor of the Cornwall RFU whose teams are the current County Champions and holders of the Bill Beaumont Cup. We were also thrilled in 2015 for Tribute to be the main sponsor of Bristol Balloon Fiesta and in 2016 Tribute will again be a high profile partner of this wonderful event.
