Enjoy hearty, cooked to order food, generous portions using local produce wherever possible. Choose from our seasonal menu offering a tempting variety of meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian dishes, pub favourites, children's dishes and our chef's signature dishes too. Look out for our changing daily specials that give a flavour of Northumberland and Holy Island while on Sunday's enjoy our famed traditional roast. Please ask if you have any special requests or dietary requirements. We offer a selection of gluten free dishes, too.

We've a wide range of hot and cold soft drinks, a thoughtfully selected wine list as well as chilled lagers, beer, ciders and real ales.

Our delicious summer menu is packed with family favourites and some great new twists too. Look out for local flavours like Lamb Hotpot while seafood lovers will be spoilt for choice by our sharing Seafood platter. Tempt your tastebuds as you browse our new main menu below. What's more we've breakfast and light bites, a brand new children's menu and fantastic all-new wine menu too!

Our 21 modern, lodge-style en suite rooms are located in the inn's former stable block alongside the main building, perfect for guests to come and go as they please - ideal for bird watchers, walkers, golfers and those keen to catch the tide for Holy Island. All are double glazed with central heating and have colour TVs, a well-stocked tea and coffee tray while a complimentary full Northumberland breakfast is included in our room rate. Wi-Fi is accessible in the main bar area. Our two-storey accommodation comes in a choice of king size double, twin, single and family rooms. We have purpose built disabled rooms with an adjoining door for carers if required. Our accommodation is AA three-star rated. To find out more about the AA's ratings and awards please click here Room rates start from £60 for single room accommodation, from £85 for double / twin rooms and from £100 for family rooms (sleeping two adults and two children aged up to 12). Guest check in is from 2.30pm and check out is by 10.30am. We operate a non-smoking policy in all of our bedrooms, bar and dining area. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Breach of our smoking policy incurs a £100 fine.
