The Why Not is situated on the outskirts of Astwood Bank Redditch, since being taken over in December 2016 has gone from strength to strength offering up to date food and drinks in a modern environment.
Menus will change on a quarterly basis with the seasons. We also offer traditional pub food on our specials board along with freshly made cobs, pizzas and Kebabs And sandwiches along with our famous pies and a pint offer in the bar.

Drink % Brewery
Birra Moretti 4.6 Heineken

The ultimate Italian lager since 1859, Birra Moretti’s special blend of high quality hops creates a smooth, full bodied beer with wholemeal bread top notes which are cut by a delicate citrus note.

Tasting Notes: It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing. Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume. It is not a strong beer and is therefore perfect for drinking at lunch, at dinner or for evenings out with friends

Bombardier 4.1 The Eagle Brewery

Wells Bombardier is an iconic real beer loaded with distinct English brilliance. The rich, full-bodied nectar is a lingering reward for the ol' tonsils.

Tasting Notes:

Carling 4.0 Coors Brewers Ltd

The masterful blend that balances depth of flavour with the thirst quenching refreshment of the UK’s no.1 lager

Tasting Notes:

Guinness Original 4.2 Guinness

Swirling clouds tumble as the storm begins to calm.

Tasting Notes: Unmistakeably GUINNESS®, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.

Worthington Creamflow 3.6 Molson Coors

It is a nitrogenated and pasteurised ale launched in 1995 and available in kegs and cans.

Tasting Notes: Its aroma is described as malt, liquorice and caramel, with apple and banana notes.

Thatchers Gold Cider 4.8 Thatchers Cider

Thatchers Gold tastes as good as it looks. Using the best of our traditional approach and modern techniques for a refreshing cider with a smooth appley taste and a bright sparkle.
